How to Help
Sagal Radio is a vital community resource, empowering thousands of new Americans. When contributing to Sagal Radio you will find great pleasure in knowing that your help assisted a Somali family in obtaining citizenship, encouraged a young Kenyan to choose not to smoke, or aided an Ethiopian refugee in finding a doctor. You will have the satisfaction of offering a tremendous service to the Atlanta community by providing newcomers the invaluable gift of information. Read our descriptions of how to help below, and get involved today!

Sagal Radio Services is a key means of communicating with people in Atlanta who speak Somali, Swahili, Amharic, and Afaan-Oromo. We are interested in collaborating with organizations that share our values and believe in our mission. If you have an idea for a program, an announcement, an event, or a message that needs to reach the community, please contact us with your suggestions.
As a non-profit organization, Sagal Radio Services depends on the generous contributions of local individuals and organizations. The vast majority of funds we receive go directly to cover the cost of the airtime that we use to reach out to the community.
