The City of Atlanta, Mayor Kasim Reed and the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs presents the Atlanta Soccer Festival

Soccer!

It is the sport that cuts across all racial, social and economic lines.  It is the sport that unites us all.  To kick off “Welcoming Week” here in the City of Atlanta, Mayor Kasim Reed and the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs presents the Atlanta Soccer Festival.  On Saturday, September 12 @ 1:00 p.m. the Georgia State University Football Field will be filled with soccer clinics, soccer matches, barbecue, celebrities and a whole lot more!

The Atlanta Soccer Festival is an opportunity to celebrate all that our foreign born community contributes to the City of Atlanta. As a city, we know that our strength is in our diversity and there is no better way to celebrate this diversity than through the sport of soccer.
